Archive Storage

This business needed easy and logical access to their paper archives

As you can see from the ‘before’ picture, this loft storage was a dumping ground for anything not actively being used by this company. Office furniture, electronics, lab supplies, and binders shared the same space. It was confusing to have the same type of item in more than one place, especially when the archives were not in chronological order. This project required a lot of woman hours to make the space clear, efficient, and self-sustaining for years to come. It involved scanning old documents, transferring files from CD to the internal server, labeling shelves, and ordering the binders by year. The result is a logical flow of archives with all other supplies in a designated space. Even caution tape was added to prevent banged heads while moving about the space.
